Union Trading Company established in 1966 with only manufacturing the Metal casting like Grey cast iron Casting, Brass, Aluminium casting. Sometimes in 1975 we added machining of  the casting. We are doing basically make to order company and developed as per the customer’s drawing/sample.

Union trading leads Indian metal casting and aluminum casting market with quality production of metal casting, aluminum casting, casted grey iron metal and casted auto components. Grey iron metal casting is useful in manufacturing grey cast iron rotors, cast iron straight vane rotors and directional vane rotors. Aluminum casting is useful in manufacturing aluminum rotors, likewise casted auto components from metal casting in India.

This trade developed in course of time & we started making few casted auto components for replacements market basically castings, machined and finished as per the customer requirement such as Aluminium Hubs, aluminum brake hats and aluminum forged brake calipers.

In 1996 we started making Grey Cast Iron Rotors for racing industries and exporting to United States of America. To few customers in their own brand packed & delivered and further developing specialize rotors for the Passengers/Streets cars that too for specialized customers in their own brand. We although manufacture components for others in their brands but very systematic way of working resulted in certification to our company with-

ISO 9001-2000 company.

This product line of making precision casting & machining further developed to making the Steel Rotors by process of Flame cutting and Laser Cut profile and CNC machining and VMC machining wherever required.

In nutshell we are now capable of making both Grey Cast Iron Rotors and Steel Rotors in a very good quality. Which can be compared with any manufacture of the Rotors all over the world.

Further development is being done and we are on the way to develop Brake Caliper with Pistons because the facility of the Aluminium forging is available with all testing facilities. In house beside – we are working on the various other parts such as Aluminium Forged Hats and Bracket.

We can takeup manufacturing of all type of Brake Rotors, Disc Brake Rotors like Slotted rotors, Drilled rotors, Directional Vanes, Straight Vanes, steel Scalloped vented, Steel Rotors also Drilled rotors Performance brake disc rotors and automotive hub rotors of all types.
